Had Regency Plumbing assess and fix our hot water infinity system this Afternoon.Dylan came out and had the problem sorted in about 20 minutes. The quality of the work was 5-star ⭐ — quick, efficient, and very professional.
Regency Plumbing has always been reliable and easy to deal with, and the team gets the job done properly.

These guys are too good. Josh and Jot came to my house to replace the gas hot water heater this morning. Arrived on time and did the quality job, even took an extra hour to complete it but never mentioned about add charges out of quoted. Also easy & clear communication with their office for pre-booking jobs. Highly recommended and definitely will use them again.

Book the call out, and received a call back in a matter of seconds. The service is so efficient, friendly and trustworthy.
Dylan located the issue under an hour and kindly explained what happened and what my next steps should be. Booked a scond job once the leak was assessed and fixed. Regency Plumbing The quality and service of Jots' work this morning is 5star. Got got it all sorted for us with efficiency as always.
The price caught me off guard this time round, however I should have requested a quote before the work was carried out.
Will definitely be booking the team once I set a date for an overdue bathroom reno.

Our experience with regency plumbing was very positive. I was skeptical about the designs at first but it all went beyond my expectations and have been loving everything about them. Jack, who was our project manager, conducted himself with amazing professionalism and made the renovations 10x less stressful then they would’ve been if we had to be in charge of getting different trades and coordinating dates. The team did amazingly and we are very happy with our bathrooms and the extra work they were able to do as well.

Absolute legends in need off quick plumbing issue which they responded to within hours which I was told would be an after hours job rate .due to already committed work. They managed to do my job before after hours so very thankful for them managing to do this for me . Great service and staff, Highly recommended company quality work and honest service

Excellent service, in particular with Stefan with communication and then the service as said 'excellent' in terms of unplugging drain within an hour of service and having all equipment there, fantastic, friendly and informative professional plumber and appreciated the overall service. I organised Regency Plumbing to do a full bathroom renovation. The finished product was excellent and Shaun & his team were very good. Good quality workmanship & good communication.
As my house was built in the 1960s there were a few challenges for the team. They solved every issue and made sure we were happy with the proposed solutions.
I would highly recommend Regency Plumbing if you are considering a bathroom renovation 👍

Regency Plumbing did an amazing job in renovating our main bathroom and Ensuite. Sean and his team were very polite helpful people with great skills. All did their work willingly and respected our property. They finished in the timeframe given to a very high standard.

Thank you Pete, Kyle and the Regency team for providing an all-in-one solution to our bathroom headache. We had an internal/ gradual leak in the bathroom wall which meant that the small and challenging space needed to be waterproofed etc. There were some issues and tweaks needed along the way, but all sorted promptly by Regency. Really appreaciate the new shower, project management + rubbish removal. Cost 15k total. Highly recommended 🙂
