Jack, who was our project manager, conducted himself with amazing professionalism and made the renovations 10x less stressful then they would’ve been if we had to be in charge of getting different trades and coordinating dates. The team did amazingly and we are very happy with our bathrooms and the extra work they were able to do as well.

We are delighted with the finished product. A smooth professional operation with a very friendly competent staff.

We were so confident in them that we went away for 3 weeks and came back to a beautiful new bathroom. No problems, great communications, efficient staff, and a wonderful attitude. Thank you Pete, Kyle and the Regency team for providing an all-in-one solution to our bathroom headache. We had an internal/ gradual leak in the bathroom wall which meant that the small and challenging space needed to be waterproofed etc. There were some issues and tweaks needed along the way, but all sorted promptly by Regency. Really appreaciate the new shower, project management + rubbish removal. Cost 15k total. Highly recommended 🙂

Travis and the team from Regency Plumbing did a full renovation of the bathroom and toilet. From planning the layout to guidance on the fit out, tiles and colours they were excellent. They were flexible not only incorporating a late change to the tiling but recommending a change to the shower to fit the new design more effectively. I’m very pleased I followed their recommendation, as it wouldn’t have looked as good if I hadn’t done so. Travis kept me updated on what was going to happen each week and everyone turned up on time and as expected to do the work. They kept everything as clean and tidy as possible, difficult with a full gut and rebuild. The bathroom & toilet renovation was completed within the initial timeframes that Regency Plumbing provided. I’m really happy with the end result and finishing, it’s a massive improvement on the old bathroom.

Regan said the job would take about 6 weeks and he was spot on. Everything went like clockwork. We had around 20 tradespeople working on it over that period (through an atmospheric river and a hurricane...). They were all polite, very considerate, hard-working and professional. Not only did they keep us well informed but they also cleaned up as they went. We could not have asked for a better crew. We are very pleased with the end result. We really liked working with Kyle Brown - he's a great communicator, and we felt very comfortable leaving the organisation of this project in his hands. Our project was one small bathroom, but we always felt that we were being treated as valued clients. Just wanted to thank the entire Regency Plumbing team for renovation of our bathrooms from dull and dated to the bright, light & white, sparkling modern rooms we now have. From the initial phone call and site visit through to completion we have been impressed by the great ideas, communication and workmanship. It has been especially difficult in this current time of delays for product supply, but overall, we were kept informed and work was carried out as soon as products became available. We are loving the look of the new bathrooms, the tiling looks smart, and the vanities are wonderful with their big deep drawers and love the handy little rubbish bin inside the cupboard doors.
